Some customers have reported that when logging in to the MySecureDesktop service, they are getting a blank page with no option to put in their username and password.
The screen may look like this:
This is caused by the web browser cache and can be resolved by clearing it.
In Chrome, Click the icon for options, then More Tools and Clear Browsing Data:
In Internet Explorer, click the gear, then Internet Options:
Make sure your selections match the following:
Once that has been done, you’ll be able to go to https://workspace.mysecuredesktop.com and get a prompt for logging in:
