How do I enable sound on MySecureDesktop?

Sound is not enabled by default on MySecureDesktop. If you'd like to enable sound, please perform the following steps...

Logon to the MySecureDesktop Portal - and select Customer Portal - MySecureDesktop


This will bring you to the MySecureDesktop logon screen. Enter your username and password and select Logon.



Once you are logged in, you will see the Settings option in the upper right hand corner. Click on that.



Once you have selected Settings, you will be brought to the main settings page.


Towards the bottom of the screen you will see User Experience. Underneath that option you will see Sound: Click on the drop down box and select "Medium - optimized for speech".

When done, select Save.

You now have enabled sound within MySecureDesktop.
